Spring Mews Ltd

A redevelopment of late 19th and early 20th century offices, light industrial and warehouse units to provide a mixed-use scheme comprising student accommodation (over 400 student bedrooms), associated support facilities, a 120 bedroom hotel, a convenience retail store, a series of small business units and a replacement community centre, together with the provision of new and improved public realm. Due to the type of development and the proximity of Vauxhall Transport Interchange (bus, rail and Underground), only 'Blue Badge' car parking will be provided on-site, thus the development will effectively be car free.

The applicant, Spring Mews Ltd, commissioned PFA Consulting to provide transportation consultancy services, including the preparation of a detailed Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for submission with the planning application.
